I'm really trying to get more structure in my diet for a number of reasons; I'm really curious to see just how efficiently my body can work, how good I can feel, and how I can be more a part of the world around me from the inside out. In the grand scheme of things, I'm relatively new to being vegan and raw. I hear a lot people say that it was hard for them but for me it was really easy to change. I think that I had been ready for a while. So far, I like it. I feel really good and I love all the people that I have met that share the same things I do. I'm not sure what this journal is for, but I'll find out.
